Ronaldo is propelling Juventus towards an inevitable Serie A title, having joined from Real Madrid in a massive £105million deal back in July.
The Portugal international has been involved in 12 of their 24 league goals, putting to bed any doubts over his ability at the age of 33 in the process.
Cristiano Ronaldo’s impact at Juventus goes beyond on the pitch, too, with the club raking in the money following the summer transfer.
And Juventus ace Joao Cancelo has revealed that, so big is Ronaldo in Turin, even club captain Chiellini wants to be like him.
He said: “All the Juventus players look at Cristiano Ronaldo with admiration.
“Even the more experienced ones, like Chiellini, want to be like him.
“Did he surprise us in training? He’s an incredible player, he works so hard.”
Back in the summer, speaking shortly after Ronaldo signed from Real Madrid, Chiellini admitted he thought signing the Portugal international would be impossible.
“After one day, [I thought] maybe it is possible.
“With our manager, with our director, it’s a reality.
“Juventus is growing year after year, and we need a champion like Cristiano.”
Ronaldo, meanwhile, has opened the door to a reunion with former Manchester United ace Wayne Rooney later in his career.
“For me the power of Wayne Rooney is his mentality and strength,” Ronaldo told Goalhanger films.
“He never stops, he always runs, helps the team. He’s a fantastic team player and he scores goals. He scored important goals, for me he’s fantastic.
“He was the kid of England. Everyone loved him. He is a fantastic boy, fantastic player.
“I used to call him, between me and my mates, the pit bull. I remember when he lost the ball he was so powerful, a strong guy, he shoots unbelievable.
“He scored many goals, what can I say? I miss playing with him.
“The future nobody knows. Maybe we’ll play one day together again.”
