MOSCOW, 12 October (BelTA) – Kaliningrad will host the next session of the Belarus-Russia Union State Parliamentary Assembly permanent seminar on the Union State building on 20-21 October. The meeting will highlight child healthcare, demographic policy and programs of active longevity in the Union State, BelTA learned from the PA press service.
“The participants of the meeting are set to discuss topical issues of protection and improvement of children’s health, status and prospects of active longevity programs, as well as issues related to the demographic policy in the Union State. The seminar will aim to develop a document with practical recommendations which will be sent to the ministries and departments of the two countries and to other stakeholders,” the press service said.
Attending the event will be MPs of the Parliamentary Assembly, representatives of ministries and departments of Belarus and Russia, scientific and educational institutions, and also mass media representatives.
